Large Format Scanning and Drawing Scanning Services
We offer a Large Format Scanning Service where all types of documents can be scanned digitally on to CD/DVD, memory sticks, and other electronic media with UK nationwide next day delivery. We can also email you the scanned documents direct. Located in West Yorkshire, you can collect your scans from our offices direct.
These documents may include Plans, Drawings, Maps, Artwork and other documents in Colour or Black & White.
We offer competitive quotations for large amounts of document Scanning/Archiving.
The media we accept to scan from includes plain paper, tracing paper, film, bond, vellum and dyeline paper. The quality of the media provided to us will affect the quality of the result. The media provided to us to scan from will be returned in the condition it was received.
All documents can be scanned to PDF, JPEG and TIFF
at 200/300/400/600 DPI. See our

The standard DPI we scan to is 300DPI for all scans, if you require a different DPI please select. Be aware that the larger the DPI selection the larger the individual files will be. Files are emailed as standard but can be sent on CD/DVD if required or for large orders.

We provide an additional service where your scans can be issued direct to your Clients or Contractors.

We specialise in the archive scanning of drawings for Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Designers, Planners, and Solicitors etc. This can save space in your office and reduce the cost of reproducing drawings. Scanning enables you to organise drawings into specific files and indexes and gives extra security by giving you an electronic copy of your documents.
